1. Host Cancellations
If a host cancels a booking for any reason, the guest will receive a full refund. Hosts who cancel bookings may also incur penalties, including potential suspension or termination of their listing on the platform.
2. Guest Cancellations
Guests who wish to cancel their booking must do so in accordance with the cancellation policy set by the host. Refund eligibility depends on the specific host’s cancellation policy, which is made clear at the time of booking.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking and at least 7 days before the check-in date.
- 50% refund if canceled within 7 days of check-in.
- No refund if canceled within 48 hours of check-in.
Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used at the time of booking.
3. Non-Refundable Fees

- Booking fees
- Service fees
- Cleaning fees (if the guest has already checked in)
4. Refund Process

5. Disputes

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), we reserve the right to modify our refund policies. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation.
